Presbitero Herrera Torres owns 3 hectares of land in the village of San Francisco, in the Huabal district of Peru. Presbitero does not apply any chemical fertiliser, pesticide or fungicide, using only compost mixed with manure as a fertiliser. We've selected this Catuai as we believe that the overnight prefermentation in cherry, and the 24hr wet fermentation in tanks, leads to amongst the best naturally processed coffees we've tried.

We get notes of grape, dark chocolate, and toffee.
