Our first Thai coffee, and an absolute cracker! Sirinya Coffee is family-run specialty coffee farm, roastery, and coffee shop based in the mountains of Chiang Rai province, led by Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai. For over 100 years opium was the main crop grown here, until governmental and NGO initiatives encouraged coffee farming instead. These initiatives were so successful that the region is used as a model for alternative development elsewhere.

This coffee has a sparkling quality, with bright, sweet lemon iced tea.
