Origin Story

 This coffee is a blend of Colombian & Brazilian coffee. From our import partners, Forest Green Coffee, the washed Colombian coffee hails from the Caldas region of Colombia. It’s a mix of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties grown around 1,850 masl. The cherries were grown as part of the Reforest Project, which aims to plant 50,000 native trees throughout the region, and processed at El Vergel Estate.

The natural Brazilian is from Alta Mogiana, from the following farms: Santa Maria, Fazendinha and Santa Adélia, making up the O'Coffee Estate. They are committed to ethical and sustainable farming practices including reforestation, CO2 emission reduction, and water reuse.

The Process

The Colombian coffee is a washed process, highlighting the clean zesty flavours, whilst the Brazilian is a natural process to bring out those chocolate & nut notes.
