Origin Story

This coffee is a blend of Colombian & Brazilian coffee; the Colombian component is from Montebello, Antioquia. The the Brazilian is from Alta Mogiana, from the following farms: Santa Maria, Fazendinha and Santa Adélia.

The Process

The Colombian coffee is a washed process, highlighting the clean zesty flavours, whilst the Brazilian is a natural process to bring out those chocolate & nut notes.
