Origin Story

 After our filter roast from Santa Barbara became a crowd favourite, we decided to work with the same farms to source our decaf.
This blend of varietals hails from several different producers in the Santa Barbara region, where the climate contributes to the fruity & complex coffee.

The Process

This coffee is decaffeinated using Ethyl acetate (EA), a natural component of sugar cane, coffee, and fruits such as strawberries and bananas.
We’ve sourced this coffee through our long time partners Langdon Coffee Merchants.
