Ivory Coast White Hot Chocolate Tablets

Ingredients: Sugar, Ivory Coast cocoa butter, milk powder 0% fat, Madagascan natural vanilla powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin. 

Preparation:

Place 2-3 tablets of chocolate in a cup, cover with a little hot milk, or non-dairy alternative, leave to soften for 60 seconds, then stir until melted. Top up with hot milk, whisk, and enjoy!
